Can the Z888-4-PVSS be provided with a built-in slope?

  • ​No, the Z888-4-PVSS is not available with built-in slope.  If a pre-sloped slot drain is required, we recommend the use of the Z886 with the -PVSS.​

Is there a difference between the 1/4" slot and the 1/2" slot for the Z888-4 channels?

  • The 1/4" slot is our heel proof slot.  The 1/2" slot is the standard.  The inflow to the slot drain is affected by the slot size as well.​

What are the flow characteristics and capacities of the Z888-4?

  • The Z888-4 slot drain is a neutral channel.  Flow rates for this system are dependent on the size of the outlet being used.  Each Z888-4 channel has approximately 502 cubic inches, or 2.17 gallons, holding capacity.​

What is the total height of channel and mounted paver slot for the Z888-4-PVSS?

  • The total height is 12-9/16".  We can do other frame heights with the STD frame​.
